Is your product FDA approved?

At Arcwell, we want to assure you that all our products are carefully regulated and approved by Health Canada, the authority responsible for natural health product approvals in Canada. It's worth noting that any determinations made by the FDA do not impact the sale or distribution of our products within Canada, as long as they are manufactured within Canada and hold a valid product license (NPN).

Do you have 3rd-party testing to prove that the amount is the same as you claim or just that there are no dangerous substances in the product?

At Arcwell, our commitment to maintaining uncompromising quality is paramount. We understand and value your diligence in checking purity levels, and we want to assure you that each batch of Arcwell products undergoes rigorous testing both in-house and by a third-party certified laboratory. The included certificate of analysis reveals HPLC purity and potency results, showcasing that the purity level of > 99% and potency in each capsule. Additionally, the NMR spectrum provides undeniable evidence of the precise chemical structure of our product, a reliable method universally recognized for verifying authenticity and guarding against counterfeit products. The third-party certificate attests to the microbial and heavy metal testing performed, assuring you that it is free from any toxic contaminants.

How do I receive a coupon or discount code for my order?

By signing up for the Arcwell email list on our website, you’ll receive future coupons or discounts.

You may also ask our Customer Service team through our email for any available promotion at the time.

What is Arcwell’s return policy?

All products purchased from Arcwell® and its authorized sellers are guaranteed for quality, purity and potency through their expiration date. However, products purchased from unauthorized sellers do not come with the guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. To request a return, please let us know by emailing us at support@arcwell.ca with your order number and product you wish to return.

Please note all original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

Shipping

What if my order is lost, stolen, damaged in transit?

Ugh, it's a pain when that happens, but it does happen all the time. If your order hasn't arrived in 3-7 business days from the day it shipped out (you may find the tracking info in the shipping confirmation email), or there's something wrong with it, please reach out to us at support@arcwell.ca as soon as you can.

We’ll get a replacement order out to you right away. Photographs of the damaged product may be requested.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Your order is shipped from Arcwell’s headquarter in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

When will I receive my product?

When your order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days to get it processed, packaged, and ready to go.

Once we ship it, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Packages usually take 3-7 business days to arrive.

Do you ship PO Boxes?

We do ship to P.O. Boxes, however, we are unable to ship to APO and DPO boxes at this time.
