Refund policy

All products purchased from Arcwell® and its authorized sellers are guaranteed for quality, purity and potency through their expiration date. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@arcwell.ca with your order number and product you wish to return. Once your return is accepted, please send back your sealed/unopened bottle(s) with the original packing list using the carrier of your choice to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you do not have your packing list, no worries, please indicate your order number on or inside your package.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • We do not offer refunds on open products, partially used products, or products that show proof of tampering.
  • Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. Remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
