Where Do We Ship?

At Arcwell, we are committed to providing our valued customers with the best possible shopping experience. We ship to verified addresses within the US and certain selected Asian countries. All online orders are shipped from our facility in Victoria, BC, Canada.

How Do We Ship?

All orders will be shipped with tracking via UPS, Purolator, DHL, or Canada Post depending on your location.

How Long Should I Expect To Wait For My Order?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm PST. We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days after purchase. The shipping time quoted at checkout is the estimated time for your order to reach you once it leaves our facility.

During a sale or launch release, please allow up to 10 business days for orders to be shipped due to the high volume of orders.

How Much Will I Need To Pay For Shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $89 (after discounts and before taxes) within US. Free shipping orders will be sent via standard shipping. We also offer Express shipping for you to choose. 

For international orders, we offer free shipping with tracking on orders over USD $350.

All other orders are subject to the following rates based on order value.

Important Notice for US Customers

Effective August 29, 2025, the $800 USD De Minimis exception for U.S. imports is no longer in effect. As a result, all shipments entering the United States are now subject to Customs clearance, duties, and applicable taxes, regardless of the order value.

Please be aware that:

  • Customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by U.S. Customs or your local authorities upon delivery.
  • These charges are not included in the order total at checkout and will be collected by the carrier or Customs agency before delivery.
  • We strongly recommend checking with your local Customs office for estimated duties and fees.

International Orders

For international orders, we use only express services to ensure customers can track their packages. A flat rate will be charged based on the order value, and these rates will be automatically calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any sales tax or customs duties applied by their respective countries upon the shipment's entry.

International shipping durations may vary, with delivery times of up to 2-3 weeks depending on the destination. 

Note: For international orders, all duties, import fees, VAT, etc., are not included in our sales price and must be covered by the customer upon reception of goods.

Incorrect Shipping Address/Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the address provided at the time of checkout. Arcwell is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of packages returned to Arcwell due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

If a package is not received after 30 days of standard shipping in US, we will re-ship your order via standard shipping. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
